The Technical Assistance Collaborative, Inc. (TAC) is a national
nonprofit technical assistance and consulting company with 20 years
of highly successful experience working at the federal, state, and
local level to address the housing and supportive services needs of
extremely low-income people who have disabilities and people who
are homeless. Since 1992, TAC has provided policy development,
consultation, and technical assistance to implement systematic
approaches that expand affordable and permanent supportive housing
(PSH) opportunities, and best practice services and supports for
these vulnerable groups.
TAC staff are multi-disciplinary professionals with extensive
public and nonprofit sector experience in the fields of affordable
and supportive housing, health and human service system development
